This past week we celebrated Andy’s 10 year anniversary with MNH. We thank him for his years of service and wish him the very best.
Our wonderful volunteers did a great job this past week, handing out over 350 chicken meals. The second photo is our summertime favorite: Chicken with BBQ sauce. The third photo is Chef Aaron’s hearty Southwestern black beans and quinoa.

That’s a wrap on June! This past Monday we had Chef Todd’s Chicken Parmigiana. Unfortunately we do not have any photos of the vegan meal, but Chef Shelley prepared a hearty Spanish style lentil stew. Ready for July!
Three Mondays down, one left in June! Yesterday we had curry red bean stew from Chef Aaron and chicken in a lemon with garlic butter sauce from Chef Brett.
Already halfway through June! This past Monday we had Chef V Wei’s Dal Chicken and Chef Shelley’s vegan mixed bean chili with tofu corn.
